New legislation and regulations

Government decree 387/2012. (XII.19.) regulates doctoral schools and habilitation.

The higher education act has been amended with §53/A (not yet available in the English edition), which regulates where doctoral dissertations have to be published by the issuing higher education institution and the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, electronically and in the libraries.

Another amendment (§114/A) regulates the number of government supported PhD student places for 2013.
