A kutatási téma leírása:
We examine the interaction of polyelectrolyte films based nanostructures adsorbed on different surfaces with biological substances (proteins, peptides, lipids). These results may have a great impact in all respects because these peptides have effects on molecules of membrane structure and start a cascade in molecular pathways with not known mechanism. The improved new AFM technique would be resulted a novel testing system for natural chemical agents for biology activity of different molecules. The final result will be a deposit of identified and characterized genes, metabolites and methods useful both in the further basic studies as well as in the further structure-function studies.
