Strategic flexibility is needed all over the socio-economic world as given the facts of change and globalization. It is highly true for enterprises in business world in terms of competitive environment and macro-environment generating uncertainty. Strategic flexibility can be achieved by many ways and influenced by many factors. It is decisive that which and how take into account the factors when stakeholders must make their decisions. Decision-making as a process is always complex but we can reveal those patterns which can assist and be applied in business context, focusing on flexibility. Collaboration between practitioners and scholars provides the necessary intersection of this research topic to make it work.
