Structure based drug design belongs to the most advanced drug discovery methods. Our aim is to investigate the interactions of medically important target proteins and pharmacons mostly with biomolecular NMR and molecular modeling. In addition, we aim to map pharmacophore patterns and determine quantitative structure-activity relationships.
