Description of the research topic:

Specific genetic factors play important roles in the onset and persistence of addiction problems. The effects of these genetic factors are mediated and moderated by personality dimensions and environmental factors. This topic focuses on the better understanding of these interactions as well as revealing the roles of genetic and psychological factors. (It is advised to consult the supervisor before applying.)
