It is a relatively underresearched are how competitive attitudes and coping with winning and losing change during the lifetime. With the notion of successful aging more and more people keep up the competitive motivation in life. Also it is not known how competitiveness and coping with winning and losing change from young adulthood to the middle ages and to old age.
