Description of the research topic:

Recently it has been put forward that risk factors of many disorders are in fact life-style elements. Based on this it seems feasible that many risk factors can effectively be eliminated by changing life-style. This project aims to study these elements of the life-style and to work out methods helping to change maladaptive conducts. In addition to promote prevention, a possible alternative way of research should be to work out recreation-programs for typical disorder-groups that may assist the medical efforts to cure.
