The structural inheritence from the British Indian Empire. The colonial and semi-colonial structure grew in the shadow of the British Empire and their continued growth and consequences. Modern India democratic system and its special characteristics in a federalist institutional build-up. The bundling of the social structure and its inner economic tensions and risks. The worldwide Indian diaspora and its national and international consequences. India’s geopolitical situation and ambitions. India diplomacy in theory and in practice.
