Description of the research topic:

Today the most negative effect of building and developing transportation system is road accidents with live losses. The social and economic losses are another costs add to road accidents.
Recently, road with high risk sites attract more attentions from researchers and authorities with the aim of improving safety on these location. However, implementation safety measures is costly, although all of it have a positive net benefit, but the restricted fund put limitation on the number of sites that may be treated, therefore it is necessary to prioritize between sites and safety measures in order to utilize the limits fund as effectively as possible.
By produce an efficient road accidents identification technique we hope that will make a point in firstly revealing the most dangerous accident locations whatever the type of road is, and consequently reducing traffic accidents and its side effects. Also we aim to assess decision's makers to reallocate country's budget in more important projects that save people lives, especially in the low income countries.
