Description of the research topic:

The role of plant-products having high antioxidant content is outstanding. Role a Vitamin C in the prevention of different diseases is well known. It plays a key role in the regeneration of different tissues, and the regulation of cell-cycle requires regulation of free radicals by different antioxidants. The aim of our research is to prove that feeding animals with high-value (high antioxidant content) plant materials will improve the general health status of animals including the progeny. We would like to answer the following question: can we observe higher antioxidant contents in final animal products, and will there be any effect of higher quality feeding on improving feeding of human beings?
