Description of the research topic:
In order to determining the effectiveness of schools usually we compare student input (existing skills and cultural capital at the time of entry) with the student output (the level of competencies of the school at the time of completion). This research will identify school factor that support the achievement of better performance than what would be expected of him taken on the basis of ability and capital. This is especially important in a school system where differences between schools vary significantly due to regional differences in socio-economic conditions and the composition of the schools.
