Description of the research topic:

The development of learning enviromment is dominated by the spread of ICT tools and their potentials that bring up new learning methods. This process affects learning at its different forms and methods. These dynamic changes are phenomenons of atyipical (less regulated) learning, in adult, part-time, and online learning processes related to working life. The slow change of institutionalized education is determined by complex social and financial mechanisms, the interrelations could be investigated from the point of different disciplines. This topic explores the psychological aspects of atypical learning at the level of the individual, such as motivation, attention, learning skills and opportunities of development.
