Description of the research topic:

Updating the data base of the mineral content of different cereal-based food elements. A new trend in cereal research is the determination of the impact the breeding, agrotechnical, climate-weather changes have on the mineral composition of different kinds of cereals. Updating these data and the description of the tendencies is especially important in terms of human consumption and to estimate the daily intake. The sort of the crop species will depend on the interest of the applicant who will have the chance to determin both in large or small cereals.
