Összes publikációk száma: 510. Hivatkozások száma: 2300. Külső tagja a Svéd Királyi Mérnöki Akadémiának és a Lengyel Tudományos Akadémiának. Vezetése alatt kutatók egész sora nőtt fel. Közülük egy az MTA rendes tagja, három egyetemi tanár. (13-an értek el az abszolutóriumig és fokozatig. További két személy egyetemi doktorit csinált.)
