Mehdi Alavi Fard defended his PhD "Nonlinear structural modelling with time-dependent constitutive relationships" in 1993. During 1990-92 I consulted him as non-official supervisor. P Varga after the absolutorium went to Vienna and defended his PhD under the leadership of Phillippe Zysset. T. Szabadszállási after two years went to the industry due to financial difficulties. Sz. Berey and B. Szirtes spine surgeons went to England and Germany due to financial problems.
