I was a member of neurology faculties (as professor of various ranks) at US universities between 1990 and 2011, and my teaching tasks included postgraduate training. Training of physician-scientists, not undergraduates was my main responsibility. The reason why I moved to Hungary in 2012 was to develop a Center for Molecular Medicine with a significant research component.
