Tudományos fokozatot (CSc) a közgazdaságtudományok körében szereztem, 2001-ben a Szegedi Tudományegyetem az Állam-és Jogtudományok körében fogadott habilitált doktorrá.
1988-tól 2001-ig a Szegedi Tudományegyetem Állam- és Jogtudományi Karán a Pénzügyi jog tárgyfelelős előadója voltam.
1997-től mostanáig a Debreceni Egyetem Állam-és Jogtudományi Karán az Európa-jog tanáraként dolgozom, 2004-től egyetemi tanári beosztásban. (to be translated)
