She is an active professor at the Univ. since 1997 with heavy involvement in research, development of programs for the education of underprivileged children and the institutional system in underdeveloped regions. Reisz is consultant to several Hungarian and internat. R&D projects PHARE, HEFOP, TÁMOP, Leonardo, TEMPUS, the 2002-04 EU Education Committee, as well as the 2003 Report on Higher Education in Portugal. She is a prof. at the Abakan State Univ. of Pedagogy (2008),and is MÁSZ tutor -2013.
